We ask that you acquaint yourself with the various protection devices as well as the exits in your condominium.

Fire Sprinkler Heads

The sprinklers will spray water on the surrounding area when the temperature around the sprinkler head exceeds a predetermined temperature.

Carbon Monoxide Detectors

There is a carbon monoxide detector located near the ceiling of each condominium in either the hallway or living room. If this alarm sounds, please vacate the unit and contact the Front Desk immediately.

What To Do in the Event of an Emergency

Most importantly, remain calm and rational.

If you sense that there is a fire and have not heard an alarm, immediately call the Front Desk, press “0”, or “9-911”.

If there is a small fire in your unit, immediately call “9-911”, then use the fire extinguisher to douse the fire.

If there is a large fire in your unit, immediately evacuate the unit; pull the pull station alarm located in the first floor stairwell of your building.

If the horns in your unit are sounding, please evacuate the unit immediately and proceed down to the parking lot level away from the front of the building. Await instructions from Crestwood or Fire Department personnel.

Fire Control Devices - Smoke Detectors

The smoke detectors located in your unit will activate the alarms in your unit and at the Front Desk monitoring station when any air-born material permeates through the device, i.e. smoke, dust, etc.

Fire Pull Stations

Pull stations are located in the first floor stairwell in each building.

Tampering: Do Not Remove Detectors!
