Snowmass Village is an outdoor adventurer’s paradise with miles of pristine wilderness and uncrowded trails at your doorstep. The Crestwood is known for providing some of the easiest access to all of the Snowmass Village hiking and biking trails right out the front door of your condo.

The Snowmass Bike Park continues to expand its offerings of lift served mountain biking with over 40 miles of single track providing almost 3,000 vertical feet of perfectly maintain trails for riders of all abilities. Continued trail expansion of the bike park over the last two years (with future expansion scheduled as well) has delivered some of the best new downhill mountain biking in the state. French Press is the newest intermediate free ride flow trail descending from the top of the Elk Camp Chairlift for 2.2 exhilarating miles down to Elk Camp Restaurant or continue on Vapor trail for another 3.3 miles down to Snowmass Base Village.

In addition to the on-mountain mountain biking, Snowmass Village and Pitkin County Trails Departments have continued to expand the cross-country trail systems to provide hikers and bikers with over 50 miles of beautiful, uncrowded trails throughout the Village, all accessible out the door of The Crestwood.

Mountain Biking: Thrill Meets Terrain

Snowmass Bike Park is one of the premier lift-served mountain biking destinations in Colorado, featuring more than 40 miles of expertly maintained singletrack. Riders of all levels can enjoy nearly 3,000 vertical feet of downhill trails, with new additions each year keeping the experience fresh and exciting. One of the newest trail additions, French Press, is a 2.2-mile intermediate flow trail descending from the top of Elk Camp Chairlift to Elk Camp Restaurant. For those craving more, continue down Vapor Trail, an exhilarating 3.3-mile ride to the base of Snowmass Village. With ongoing expansion, Snowmass is quickly becoming a go-to hub for world-class downhill biking.
